Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), who has been working in the financial services industry since graduating from the University of Texas, with a Masters in Public Accountancy (MPA) in 2015. Chris also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Texas in 2014 and has earned his Series 65.
Prior to joining Wise Capital Partners, Chris spent two years at KPMG, working for the Transaction Services – Advisory group, where he helped perform financial due diligence for clients pursuing major acquisitions. Subsequently, Chris joined Brownlie and Braden Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), which provides holistic financial planning services exclusively to high net worth individuals in the Dallas/Forth Worth area. While employed as a financial analyst, Chris maintained asset allocation, wealth transfer, and portfolio risk models, while assisting clients with the execution of their financial plans.
Chris is excited and grateful for the opportunity to join Wise Capital Partners, where he has the freedom to exercise his passion for the financial markets and utilize his skill set to help clients achieve their financial goals. Specifically, Chris plans to incorporate unique investment strategies into existing portfolios in order to amplify risk-adjusted returns and effectively match each individual’s stated goals and objectives.
Chris is currently pursuing a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) certification. Chris maintains a healthy and active lifestyle enjoying golf, snowboarding, weight training, yoga and meditation. However, his most passionate hobby has become analyzing and selecting securities for his own investment portfolio.
Bruce has been in the accounting and financial services industry since 1991. He helps guide Wise Capital Partners’ clients toward financial freedom by providing valuable insight about the financial planning and how certain industry changes may impact them and the next generation. He also offers advice on the proper selection of Social Security Benefit options. Bruce’s financial specialties are retirement planning for higher education (ORP/403(b)), 401(k)/qualified-plan and IRA rollovers, College Funding–529 Plans and Life Insurance. He is a member of the Certified Financial Planners (CFP), Financial Planning Association (FPA), National Tax-deferred Savings Association (NTSA) and Financial Services Institute (FSI).He is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Kingwood, a member of Lake Houston Chamber of Commerce, and a graduate of Leadership North Houston sponsored by Lone Star College System.
As a lifelong learner, Bruce passed the Certified Public Accountant exam. He has also earned Certified Financial Planning (CFP™), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC) designations as well as earned the CRES (Certified Retirement Education Specialist) certification through NTSA. He has also received his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as well as a Group I Life & Health Insurance license. He is currently working on his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation. Bruce graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. More recently, he taught “Employee Benefits and Retirement Planning” to Certified Financial Planning (CFP) students at the University of Houston.

Chris is a Certified Financial Planner who has been working in financial industry since 2014 as an advisor and wholesaler. Though his father, Bruce Wise, has been grooming him for his current position since he started investing in elementary school. Chris and Bruce understand legacy planning because Wise Capital Partners is a legacy business. Bruce started this business 30 years ago, and Chris took over in January 2020 to take things to the next level. Bruce built the launchpad and Chris is building the rocket to take the firm to other planets.
Before joining the Wise Capital Partners, Chris worked for WFG of Kingwood, Jackson National Life and NorthStar Securities. He’s always had a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Before he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University, he advised clients as a certified personal trainer. Since then, he has earned his Series 7, 24, 63 & 65 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), became a life insurance agent and earned the CRES ( Certified Retirement Education Specialist) certification through NTSA.
Today, he finds it very gratifying to help people achieve their financial goals. He is a member of the Lake Houston Chamber of Commerce, the Financial Planning Association and National Tax Deferred Savings Association (NTSA). He enjoys an active lifestyle with hiking and snowboarding.

Danielle is Wise Capital Partners’ operations service specialist. She has been in the industry since 2000. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with Financial Advisors, which specialized in retirement planning for higher education. She also served Pan American Financial Advisors as a data entry specialist for its commissions department. Danielle started her career as a client service representative with UBS PaineWebber.
With her combined experience working with the clients, advisors and institutions, Danielle makes opening, transferring and servicing their investments as smooth as possible for all. In her free time, she enjoys action and sci-fi movies as well as reading.

Carolyn has over 20 years sales experience in the industrial sales industry. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies in the Houston metro area. Carolyn assisted Bruce Wise as he entered the financial services industry.
She voluntarily served on the FamilyTime Crisis and Counseling Center’s Board, a local non-profit which promote safety and support for the prevention of domestic and sexual violence. For the past ten years, her duties include fundraising and community outreach in the Lake Houston area. Having over 30 years of experience volunteering in various roles at a Humble ISD elementary school, Kingwood Rotary Club, Partnership Lake Houston Chamber, Carolyn was locally recognized by FamilyTime as a Women of Achievement in the Special Recognition category. Carolyn graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Miriam is the client relations specialist for Wise Capital Partners. She’s the primary contact to help clients with their day-to-day needs by acting as a liaison between the client and the advisor. Miriam provides daily operational support to the advisors through trade management, marketing and compliance.
Miriam has has been in the industry since 2008. Prior to joining the firm, she was an administrative assistant for Financial Advisors, which specialized in retirement planning for higher education. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from the University of Houston. Miriam has earned her Series 7 and 66 security licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and watching sports.
